Note: Each accepted contribution must be registered by at least one author at the regular early bird rate before September 30, 2025 regardless of student or non-student authors. If more than one author registers for a paper, additional registration can be non-student or student depending on the status.
In other words, each accepted submission requires at least one unique regular author registration before the above date to be included in the proceedings. Enter the EasyChair submission ID in the “Do you have any extra needs?” field during the registration process.
All registration categories include admission to all sessions, lunch, coffee breaks, reception, tour of the Ars Electronica Center, and conference dinner.
All prices are in Euro (€).
† If you register as an ACM Member you need to provide your Membership ID. Please enter it in the “Do you have any extra needs?” field during the registration process.
‡ Student registrations must provide proof of student status such as a scan of the certificate from their institution via email to vinci2025@jku.at.
Invitation Letter
Participants who need to receive a letter of invitation to be able to attend the conference please email to vinci2025@jku.at. Please include the paper you are presenting (if any), the address to which the letter should be addressed to as well as any relevant information for your visa application (e.g., Passport No., Nationality, Date of Birth, Place of Birth). Please note that a letter of invitation can only be provided to registered participants.
Article Processing Charges
Please note that the Article Processing Charges (APCs) to publish ICPS articles in the ACM Digital Library are charged by ACM directly not by the conference. Questions regarding APCs should thus be directed towards ACM directly (e.g., responding to the invoice). More information is provided near the bottom of the CfP (ACM Open Access Fees).
